Second Sunday Antique Faire

14 Nov

This slideshow requires JavaScript.

Alan and I went to the Antique Faire to see what it was all about. Definitely glad we went! Two parking lots full of an afternoon’s wandering, broken up with a trip to Pancake Circus, and back for more. Definitely lots of to see. We picked up only a few things – presents for family members, but enjoyed all the Mid Century furniture that was out!

Craigslist: $40 Tanker Desks in Antelope

So this isn’t the actual desk being sold – but the seller put it up for reference. Go holler at them yourself if it saddens you so much. But hooray! Cheap tanker desks! (Original Post)

Off the wire: Goodwill on Manzanita

Kathy M. sent in this photo and Craigslist ad:

Hi, I just saw this at the Goodwill on Manzanita Avenue.  It needs some cleaning, but looks to be in decent shape.  The laminate top looked OK too.  It was marked $8.99 so I think it is a bargain.  :-) Kathy

$150 in West Sacramento. (Original Post)

Thanks for being an extra set of eyes out there in the field, Kathy! Keep them coming, guys!

One more:

I am not sure if the same guy is selling this chair and floor lamp. But I am in love with them both. (Mimomito writers def love them some green!) These pieces are being sold in Del Paso Heights. 60 dollars for the chair and 80 dollars for the lamp. You can take both these pieces for a flat 120.00. Also I really dig this:

“hmmm…. i’ll try to take better pictures.”

No need no need. I’ve seen enough good sir. It is nice though that you are considering such. Good pictures def help out with thee scoring of Craigslist treasures.
