Strange fact…I found the other part of this curtain at the other Goodwill in Monterey.

MEMO0060
Tried to find Salvation Army, got lost/ sent on a wild goose chase by mapquest.

MEMO0061
It closed. I asked a local what was the deal because me and Ben drove to practically every Salvation Army service/drop off in Seaside. Why no thrift store?!
They said that the only one is in Salinas and some of the stuff gets sent there. Unfortunately we ran outta time and didnt get to go to there.

We got lost a lot. More times than not it was frusterating and words were exchanged with one another. Stuff like ‘The directions said that. See-these are things you need to be telling me.’ and ‘Ya know this is an adventure, you think if this sorta thing was easy that Columbus wouldna ended up in the wrong country?!’ I actually dont know what Columbus’s intentions were when he dared to think the world wasn’t flat but I thought it fit with what I was trying to put down. Anywho there was a lot of that type of bickering/apologies and then there was this oppurtunity to see the houses in Seaside, there was a ton of cute houses strewn about. It was really nice to see. Sorry I didnt capture it all that well. Drive by shootings can get messy.

What fun! I wish I could have tagged along. That laminate top table with the wood legs matches a coffee table I got my daughter in a Sacramento Thrift store on Auburn Blvd for $14.99. Someone painted the laminate top brown. A little “Goof Off” took it right back to the laminate and it’s in her living room right now!

    15.00! Sweet deal Kat.
That table in Seaside was only like 5 or ten bucks. It did need some TLC but not too badly. But the shape is awesome!
I was also really into that end table with those wire-ish legs that was I think…15.
